2.2 DAILY MAINTENANCE
1) Add cuvette roll, and clean waste bin
To make sure the machine runs well, check the cuvette amount and take out the used cuvettes
drawer, discard the waste.

” to add the cuvette roll;

2) Adding Washing Solution, Dispose Waste Liquid, Pipeline Maintain
In “Maintence” interface, run “Refill pipes” to avoid inadequate washing solution and inaccurate
sample volume. It is recommended that after open the analyzer every day, run “Refill pipes” once or
twice before the test.
To make sure the machine runs well, check the amount of cleaning liquid and dispose waste liquid
before test every day. If the cleaning liquid runs out, it is recommended to run “Refill pipes” over 3 times
after cleaning liquid recharged.

Checking”.
3) Maintain Sample Probe
Run “Rinse left probe” and “Rinse right probe” every day before shut down.
Firstly load the cleaning liquid to the corresponding place refer to “
Ⅱ
3.2 Probe Load and Unload”.
Run “Rinse left probe” and “Rinse right probe” to clean the probes’ inside and outside wall.
If there are stains on the surface outside the probes’ wall after rinse, please wipe them up and down
with gauze or tissue paper soaked by 75% medicated alcohol.
4) Cleaning the Operation Panel
Daily cleaning the operation panel, it is recommended to use soft cloth moistened with clean water
to clean everything on the panel. If the samples or reagents splashed on the panel, the operation panel
must be sterilized with 75% medical alcohol.
It is recommended to use soft cloth moistened with clean water to clean the panel. The cleaning
area contains the incubation area, test area, specimen area, reagent area, and cleaning area.
3 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
The following maintenance items should be added on the basis of daily maintenance.
1) Test area maintenance
Wipe the inside of 8 test channels in turns with cotton swabs soaked by 75% medicated alcohol.
Enter the debugging software after wipe it. Check the amplitude of the coagulation test channel.
Adjust according to "Clotting method debugging process". Check the optical test channel light intensity
Attention! Please wear rubber gloves when wiping the probes. And please wipe them from
top to bottom. It may hurt your fingers, or damage the probe tip if you reverse the direction.
Attention! It may cause the paint damage if it isn’t sterilized with 75% medical alcohol.
