6.8.2.2 Equipment with reduction “KAFO”
If the machine is equipped with “KAFO” reducer the only correct position is
the one showed in Fig. 12. The positions in Fig. 12/A and Fig. 12/B are
absolutely
FORBIDDEN
as they could seriously compromise the machine
working.
6.8.3
Not applicabile to the machine
6.8.4
Production cycle
To proceed with processing, regardless of the machine configuration,
proceed as follows:
1) set the desired product weight by rotating the handwheel (
ref. 2
Fig. 4
on
page 23);
2) by referring to the graduated scale on the side of the frame, locate the plug
(
ref. 15
Fig. 5
on page 23) into the appropriate hole to set the desired piece
size;
3) in Table 4 on page 44 there is an instruction how to place the safety pin
(
ref. 15 Fig. 5
) and the index to set according to the desired weight ranges
and machine versions (for dividers without reducer);
4) if the machine is equipped with “R” reducer it is sufficient to check Table 5
on page 44;
5) on the contrary if the machine is equipped with reducer KAFO you have to
check the Table 6 on page 44;
6) load the dough to be apportioned into the hopper;
7) then switch on the machine using the master power switch (
ref. 1
Fig. 10
a pag. 39), the indicator lamp
ref. 7
Fig. 11
on page 40 will come on;
8) start it be pressing the start button (
ref. 6
Fig. 11
);
9) check that the product weight is consistent: if the weight of the divided
pieces varies widely, actuate the handwheel (
ref. 2
Fig. 4
) and/or plug
(
ref. 15
Fig. 5
) as described above;
10) the production output of the machine (min. 540 beats/minute max 1620
beats/minute) can be adjusted using the handwheel (
ref. 5
Fig. 4
); this
operation must only be performed while the machine is in operation;
11) the divided products will be transported to the belt outfeed (
ref. 3
Fig. 4
)
and must be collected by hand, unless an automatic conveyor system
leading to another processing station has been installed;
12) if required for the type of dough to be processed, top up the flour spreader
(
ref. 4
Fig. 8
on page 33), which is designed to prevent the dough pieces
from sticking to the machine parts (e.g. sheeting rollers, rounders etc.);
13) at the end of the working day, set the master power switch (
ref. 1 Fig. 10
)
to position 0;
14) disconnect the plug from the mains power socket.
