The divider mod.
SVP08
(see
Fig. 4
on page 23) is a machine for dividing up
masses of dough whose ingredients generally consist of flour, water, yeast and
salt, into pieces of preset weight and shape, theoretically parallelepiped,
practically indefinable.
Any other use for different purposes is hazardous for the mechanical seal and/or
for the health of the operator.
The diagram below shows the positions normally occupied by the operator
(indicated with "Lp"). These positions have also been used as a reference for the
sound level check (see par. 4.7).

4.2
Operational principles
The machine’s operation is divided into cycles of variable length as follows:
1) loading the machine;
2) apportioning the dough;
3) unloading the dough;
4) cleaning the machine.
4.3
Main components
The machine is composed of:
z
a fixed frame (
ref. 7 Fig. 4
on page 23) containing the transmission components
and the electrical cabinet (
ref. 4 Fig. 4
);
z
a hopper (
ref. 12 Fig. 4
)
containing a mass of dough to be apportioned;
z
a portioning piston (
ref. 16 Fig. 5
on page 23).
The machine is equipped with a hopper (
ref. 12
Fig. 4
) in which is loaded the
mass of dough to be apportioned. A piston-driven portioning system (
ref. 16
Fig. 5
) divides the dough into pieces of preset weight.
The pieces thus obtained are transported to the outfeed by means of a conveyor
belt (
ref. 3
Fig. 4
) which may be one of two different lengths.
The electrical cabinet (
ref. 4
Fig. 4
) is located under the infeed conveyor belt.
