7.4.2.2 Replacing a fuse
1) set the master power switch (
ref. 1 Fig. 10
on page 39) to position 0;
2) open the door of the electrical cabinet using the key supplied with the machine;
3) locate the fuse holder;
4) unscrew its cap;
5) remove the fuse;
6) replace the fuse with one which has the same Amps rating;
7) close the cabinet door.

Visually check the tension of the outfeed conveyor belt (check whether it slips
during operation) and if necessary use the devices (
ref. 1

on page 55)
located at either end of the conveyor belt in order to obtain the required tension
(rotate in a clockwise direction, when facing the machine from the side indicated
by the arrows, to achieve the correct tension).

With the suitable manual pump supplied with the machine, grease the connect-
ing rods through the lubricators
ref. 1 Fig. 14/B
and
ref. 1 Fig. 14/C
on page 55,
using only grease type
“MobilGrease XHP 222” MOBIL
or
similar.

Check the belts for signs of wear, see para.

“7.4.1.3 Replacing the outfeed
conveyor drive belt (ref. 6 Fig. 14)” on page 50
if necessary replace them.
Belts must be replaced as soon as any notches begin to appear and/or the
rubber material shows signs of deterioration.
Remark
In the case of a thermal relay, normally marked FR, wait for the device to
reset itself automatically (this will vary from 10 seconds to a minute or so).
In the case of an INVERTER, switch off the machine and wait for at least 30
seconds for the device to reset.
Prohibition!
Do not tamper with the settings of thermal cut-outs.
