For example according to Table 4 on page 44, in order to obtain a chunk of dough
weighing approx. 1 kg with model SVP08-2, the plug (
ref. 15
Fig. 5
on page 23)
must be inserted into hole n° 4.
If however, with a soft dough mixture and the plug inserted into hole n° 3, the
exact piece weight is also achieved, it is advisable to process with the plug in hole
n° 3, since the dough is compressed less and the machine exerts less effort.
Note that this data is only a guideline, since depending on the type of dough, the
handwheel (
ref. 2
Fig. 4
on page 23) and plug must be adjusted in order to
achieve the desired piece size.

Stop functions
The machine may be stopped:
z
manually:
press the machine stop button
(ref. 5 Fig. 11
on page 40)
to stop the
machine normally;
z
in emergency:
press the mushroom-head button (
ref. 2 Fig. 11
) to trigger the
emergency stop.
The emergency stop devices should be used only when a dangerous situation has
arisen or can be predicted; the moving parts stop immediately during an
emergency stop.
Warning!
Data mentioned in tables 4, 5 and 6 are just an indication and not binding
for the manufacturer.
Warning!
For the models with reducer (at two rows) the weight indicator will never
have to exceed 125 for models SVP08-0/R and SVP08-1/R and 150 for the
models SVP08-2/R and SVP08-3/R.
Warning!
Any leftover dough must be cleaned from the walls of the hopper at the end
of the working day. Before performing this operation, disconnect the plug
from the mains power supply following the procedure given in par. 7.3.
Prohibition!
To avoid wearing out the emergency equipment’s electrical contacts, never
stop the machine in emergency unless it is absolutely necessary.
