1.6.1
Customer’s responsibility
Unless otherwise specifically indicated in the contract, the Customer shall:
z
provide logistical support for the positioning and operation of the machine;
z
provide appropriate lifting equipment;
z
provide all power connections (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic);
z
provide all tools and consumables;
z
provide all lubricants.
1.6.2
Technical service
For technical assistance, please contact the Manufacturer’s Technical Service
Department.
The Manufacturer’s telephone number is given at the foot of each page of this
Manual; the cover also gives the Manufacturer’s fax number and email address.
1.6.3
Spare parts
The drawings, references, descriptions and serial numbers for identification of all
mechanical parts are given in
“12. List of components and spare parts” on
page 63
.
For electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment, refer to
“9. Attached
documentation” on page 59
.
Remark
The Customer must always and only use the original spare parts supplied
by the Manufacturer.
When requesting materials from the Manufacturer, always specify the
machine’s model and serial number.
The Manufacturer is not liable for any damage, injury or other costs which
may derive from the use of non-original spare parts.
