13) secure the cap on the opposite side;
14) push the support plate so that the end locks onto the necks of the roller;
15) secure the sheet to the shoulders of the machine using the relative screws,
adjusting their height as necessary;
16) refit the plastic guard;
17) tension the conveyor belt as described in par.
7.4.4
on page 53.
7.4.1.5 Replacement of the main piston (ref. 1 Fig. 13 on page 51)
To replace the main piston proceed as follows :
- remove the upper covers “fixed joint“ placed and connected to as many safety
micro-switches;
- remove the screws (
ref. 7 Fig. 13
);
- turn the hopper and let it lay due to its weight as showed in
Fig. 13

- take the knife out (
ref. 2 Fig. 13
);
- take the piston out (
ref. 1 Fig. 13
);
- replace the piston (
ref. 1 Fig. 13
) with the new one;
- Re-insert the piston (
ref. 1 Fig. 13

- insert the knife (

), paying attention to the lever (

- put the hopper back and fix by screws (
