5. Removing the 35 mm head assembly

Remove the audio head flange, and loosen the two set-

screws, and then remove the 35 mm head assembly.

Do not loosen the setscrew on the upper side of the audio

head flange.

6. Removing the audio drum (top)

(1) Release the harness clamp, and disconnect the harness

connector from CN4 on the PRE-46 board.

(2) Remove a screw and washer, and remove the audio

drum (top).

7. Removing the 16 mm head assembly

(1) Loosen a setscrew, and remove the audio head height

positioning shaft.

(2) Remove the 16 mm head assembly from the audio

head shaft assembly.

At this time, the compression spring is removed

together. Be sure not to lose it.

8. Removing the audio drum (bottom)

Remove the audio drum (bottom).
