ple, the user program can continue to process the [MNR]
when [AMF] appears.
M function output is complete. [QMF] acknowledges the M
function, and [AMF] and [MNR] disappear.

Position reached, stop [PEH]
Travel plus [FR+] or Travel
minus [FR–]
Block with M output (same as control action 3) and position
is started.
The program is resumed on completion of the M function
output. [FR+] and [FR–] are deactivated and [PEH] is reset.
