The Parameter Data Block
Each MOBY channel (SLG) requires its own parameters. These are predefined
in a data structure as UDT 10 (with commentary in English) or UDT 11 (with
commentary in German). This UDT must be called in a data block for each
MOBY channel. Various variables are defined in UDT 10.
S
INPUT parameters:
These variables must be entered once by the user during
configuration. These parameters do not need to be changed or scanned during
the entire runtime.
Remember that an init_run must be performed before changes in an INPUT
parameter can take effect. See chap. 5.3.
S
Control bits:
The user starts his/her commands with these boolean variables.
S
Indications:
The indications show the user the progress of a command. This
makes error analysis easy.
S
Internal FC variables:
These variables can be disregarded by the user. They
may not be changed by the application. Changing these variables would cause
malfunctions and data distortion.
The following table shows the complete UDT 10/UDT 11. The relative addresses
are given in the first column for programmers who prefer addressing with absolute
values.
