Palisade fences

On palisade fences the sensor cable should be deployed in a square wave pattern
with the top and bottom sections attached to the upper and middle support. On
palisade fences greater than 2 m (6 ft., 6 in.) in height, an alternative method of
cable deployment is recommended. Usually such fences have three horizontal
supports.
Outrigger arrays

In a barbed wire outrigger array, if the wires in the array are less than 10 cm (4 in.)
apart, the sensor cable will be laid out on the array in a saw-tooth pattern.
