Scanner (ADP-401)
Description
The ADP-401 is a lower cost scanner typically used for multiple opto-coupler devices
in DIP packages of 4, 6, 8 or 16 pins. A simplified schematic is shown in Figure
13-49. Device pins are assigned in the test program on a test-by-test basis (See
Section 6.6.6 for more information). Pins may be assigned as follows:
