6.4.9 Retest 

The “Retest” option is required.  When selected the datalog data for the tested device 
is  displayed  in  the  Exact  Value  window.    A  Selection  Box  is  opened.  If  the  operator 
selects  “ok”,  the  data  for  that  device  is  not  sent  to  the  datalog  file  and  the  serial 
number of the device is sent to the STI 5000  Series  Tester.  The next start  will  use 
the  serial  number  of  the  device  selected  for  retest.    Note:  this  should  only  be  used 
when manually testing devices. 

6.4.10 

Excel Spreadsheet 

The “Excel Spreadsheet” option is required and Microsoft Excel must be installed on 
the PC.  When selected, opens Microsoft Excel application, if required, and adds an 
Excel  workbook.    If  Multiplex  operation,  there  can  be  an  Excel  workbook  for  each 
Multiplex station.  All datalog data is then sent directly to the Excel workbook sheet 1.  
Column headings are added as required.  Single test measure data is sent directly to 
the Excel workbook and is placed in sheet 2 of the workbook.

Print Selected Text 

Using  the  mouse,  highlight  the  area  of  the  Exact  Value  window  desired  and  then 
select this option to send the highlighted text to the printer. 

6.4.12 

Copy to Clipboard 

Copies the highlighted text to the Windows  clipboard. 

6.4.13 

Clear Window 

Clears the Exact Value window (does not affect any data saved to disk). 

6.4.14 

Clear Error 

Clears any errors displayed at the bottom of the window. 

6.4.15 

Auto Verify 

Requires the STI AC-600 Auto Verification Option. 

6.5 Lot Summary Popup Menu 

6.5.1 Lot Summary 

When  checked,  indicates  the  STI  5000  Series  Tester  will  send  complete  summary 
data at the end of each sequence. 

6.5.2 Start 

Issues a start test sequence command to the STI 5000 Series Tester. 

6.5.3 Zero Counts 

Sends  the  zero  count  command  to  STI  5000  Series  Tester.    All  sort  counts,  fail 
counts, and totals are reset.
