Note: any changes to the datalog mode made from the STI 5000 Series Tester front
panel will not be reflected in the checked datalog mode.

6.4.4.1 Datalog Off

Datalog for go/no-go only and sends sort result only to the PC (for successive
approximation tests, this mode is significantly faster). NOTE: calculation steps
always require an exact value.

6.4.4.2 Datalog All

Datalog exact value for all tests selected to be datalogged in the STI Test Program.
Sends datalog header, exact value results and sort result to the PC.

6.4.4.3 Datalog Every Nth

Datalog in go/no-go mode only except every nth part datalog exact value.

6.4.4.4 Datalog Every Nth Sort 1

Datalog in go/no-go mode only except every nth Sort 1 qualifying part datalog exact
value.

6.4.4.5 Datalog if Sort

Datalog exact value only if specified sort qualifies, all others datalog in go/no-go
mode.

6.4.4.6 Datalog if Not Sort

Datalog exact value only if qualified sort not the one specified.

6.4.5 Start

Issues a start test sequence command to the STI 5000 Series Tester.

6.4.6 Measure

Selects the test step to measure and issues a test measure command to the STI
5000 Series Tester. If datalogging, use the Capture toggle to keep from adding
unwanted information to the datalog file.

6.4.7 Pass/Fail

Selects the test step to pass/fail and issues single test command to the STI 5000
Series Tester. If datalogging, use the Capture toggle to keep from adding unwanted
information to the datalog file.

6.4.8 Datalog

Issues  a  datalog  sequence  command  to  the  STI  5000  Series  Tester.    Used  after  a
measure  or  pass/fail  command  to  place  the  STI  5000  Series  Tester  back  into  the
datalog  mode.    If  datalogging  and  Capture  is  toggled  off,  toggle  Capture  on  and
continue datalogging to file.
