Compensation Mixing Offset Setting
The OFFSET function allows you to shift and hold the neutral position of the SLAVE servo independent from the MASTER servo. It
is useful to center the SLAVE servo or to shift the SLAVE servo's neutral position to change the starting point of your mix.
Amount of
Deviation
When trim deviation appears
in the graph with the steering
in the neutral position.....
Adjust OFFSET value to move
the vertical axis and erase
the deviation bar graph.
By adjusting to the point where
the deviation disappears, the
steering neutral position can
become the origin for Mixing.
Choosing the Master Channel
1) Press the Function key to highlight the C-MIX menu. [C-MIX1] will be
Active in the Programming Window and the cursor will default to ST1.
2) Press the INC/+ or DEC/- keys to choose which channel you want to be
the MASTER. Choose from either ST1, ST2, TH1, TH2, AUX1, AUX2.
Compensation Mixing Master Channel L/R Mixing Setting
1) Press the ENTER key to move the cursor to MASTER L (MASTER H if
TH or AUX is selected), then press the INC/+ or DEC/- keys to adjust the
desired Mixing percentage value.
2) Press the ENTER key to move the cursor to MASTER R (MASTER B or
MASTER L if TH or AUX is selected), then press the INC/+ or DEC/- keys
to adjust the desired Mixing percentage value.
C-MIX1 MASTER L/R setting range is -150% to 150%. The default setting is 0%. The Mixing percentage value is the percentage
that the SLAVE servo will travel in proportion to the MASTER servo. For example, if ST1 L is set to 50%, when the steering
control stick is moved to the left, the SLAVE servo (TH in the example above) will travel half the amount that the steering servo
travels. Using a positive or a negative percentage value determines the direction that the SLAVE servo travels in relation to the
MASTER servo when the mix is Active. This mix is Linear.
Choosing the Slave Channel
1) Press the ENTER key to move the cursor to SLAVE, then press the
INC/+ or DEC/- keys to choose which channel you want to be the SLAVE.
Choose from either ST, TH, AUX, or BR.
When the MASTER and SLAVE are set to the same channel, mixing
takes place within the channel itself. This causes servo travel
to increase for positive percentage values and servo travel to decrease for
negative percentage values.
