a new packet into the specific line
• Valid only for AFD and Closed Captioning
Insertion Line # Specifies the line to insert the packet
Insertion Order #
• Indicates the priority when there are packets on
the same line
• The packet with a smaller insertion order number
(e.g. 1, or 2) will be inserted first when multiple
packets are inserted on the same line
