The type of subframe number 0, 1, 2 and 5 is fixed. The type of the other subframes
depends on the used UL-DL configuration.

3.6.2 Operating Bands
The carrier frequencies for LTE downlink signals are defined in 3GPP TS 36.104. Each
operating band contains a number of uplink carrier frequencies identified by channel
numbers (EARFCN, E-UTRA Absolute Radio Frequency Channel Number). The
assignment between channel numbers N and carrier center frequencies F is defined
