In the sense of the REFU

warning information on the products themselves, are electrical specialists
or personnel with electrical training in accordance with EN 600204 Part 1,
3.55 or 3.30. They are knowledgeable about the installation, mounting,
connecting-up, commissioning and operation of the product, and have the
appropriate qualifications for their job.
