The following figure shows the typical application of the positioning wheel to a REA JET HR stripper
plate.

When using the positioning wheel for the REA JET HR stripper
plate, the following points have to be taken into consideration:
The product to be position must allow it to be moved to
the side on the transport system (e.g. conveyor belt). In
this processes, the weight of the product and the friction
between the product and the transport system must be
observed.
The print head mount must be able to easily
accommodate the shifting weight of the product in
connection with friction.
For larger faulty positions (behind the stripper plate) and generally
to be expected faulty positions of the product in front of the stripper
plate should make use of parallel program offered by REA JET.
The use of an additional positioning wheel in the outlet is
particularly recommended for special cases such as the marking of
flexible bagged goods or hand markers. This prevents the
smudging of the fresh print.
