3.2.2.2.1 Installing a print head with a single stripper plate

In this image, no product sensor is mounted to the print head. The direction of the movement of the
product here is from left to right. The direction is always determined with a view to the nozzle plate.

The stripper plate is screwed at the side. The force- and form-fit assembly is done with two screws
(1) one on each side of the housing of the print head. On the lid side only the lower fastening hole
(2) is used. This screw is only used to intercept a potential tilting torque, e.g. when a product is
stuck or twisted behind the stripper plate. This screw is not used to position or fasten the stripper
plate. This screw is a grub screw that can only be screwed in approx. 2/3 of its length.
