3.2.2 Assembly of the print heads / print heads
Thanks to its intelligent design, the print head developed by REA JET has a very compact size.
Therefore only one print head is required for various applications. Furthermore, this print head has
some design-related characteristics that increase the availability of the system.

3.2.2.1 Benefits of the REA JET HR print head
Integrated, wear-free, electronic monitoring of the locking lever. When opening the lever, the
power supply of the print head is automatically deactivated.
The destruction of the print head electronics is therefore virtually impossible. Wear-free
monitoring has been integrated in the locking lever of the magnet at the position marked
with (1).
Very short constructional design as a result of the level installed at the side.
Integrated LED for the status display of the print head (2).
Undetachable locking plate (3).
The stripper plate is mounted on the side of the print head. This prevents boreholes in the
front of the stripper plate and therefore protects passing products to the highest possible
extent.
Max. two print heads can be connected to REA JET HR
2K and max. four print heads to REA
4K. To mark e.g. two sides of a product, they are either assembled individually or in
groups.
The print heads can be cascaded in order to achieve the highest possible print height.
