3.2.2.2.5 Option "Positioning wheel" on the positioning plate

On the back side of each REA JET HR stripper plate, two M4 blind hole threads are installed in the
area of the inlet side (1) as well as the outlet side (2). An optional additional positioning wheel can
be fastened to each of these two positions. This positioning wheel has a diameter of 80 mm.

In some cases, production systems cannot always ensure a clean guidance of the product to be
printed. This often applies to outer packaging, trays and shipping cartons. To secure smooth
production processes in the case of small deviations without any excess work input, REA JET HR
stripper plates can be equipped with an additional positioning wheel.
With the positioning wheel, products that are in a faulty position (only those coming from behind the
stripper plate) can be positioned in front of it. It is recommend to balance out a max. offset of 80%
of the wheel radius (r = 40 mm). This corresponds to an offset of max. 32 mm.
