Click the [Driver] tab and click [Update Driver].
The [Hardware Update Wizard] window appears.

Select [Install the software automatically] and click [Next].
The driver will be installed.

Click [Finish].

Click [Close].
Confirm that all the LAN adapters with the updated driver are updated properly.
Do not specify a lower value in [Receiving descriptor] for the properties of the LAN adapter.
4.3.3 Installing the LAN Driver
Perform the following procedures for all the [Ethernet controller] under [Other devices] in [Device
Manager].

For Windows Server 2003 x64

Insert the ServerStart Disc 1 CD-ROM into the server.

Click [Start]
→
[Administrative Tools]
→
[Computer Management].

Click [Device manager].

Double-click [Ethernet controller] under [Other devices].
The properties window for the Ethernet controller appears.

Click [Driver] tab and click [Updating drivers].
"Welcome to Hardware updating wizard" appears.

Select "Install from the list or specified location" and click [Next].

Select "Not searching, and select installation driver" and click [Next].

Click "Use disk".

Specify the following file name to "Copies file from manufacturer’s file" and click
[OK].
[CD-ROM drive]:\DRIVERS\LAN\INTEL\Pro1000\Ws03_32e

Click [Next].
Drivers installation starts.
