エア式糸切り装置

装置の用途と性能
特徴：
本装置は、極細シリンダーベッド上下送り偏平縫いミシン用の糸切り装置です。
ペダルの踏み返しにより、針糸・ルーパー糸及び上飾り糸をすばやくカット
しますので、従来の面倒な糸切りの手間が省かれて能率アップに大きく役立
ちます。
駆動方式：
糸切り及び押え上げの駆動方式は、エア式です。
Applications and performance
Features:
This device is a thread trimmer used for variable top feed, interlock stitch
machine with extremely small-sized cylinder bed.
Needle threads, looper threads and top cover threads are easily trimmed
by pressing the treadle with heel. This device eliminates a tedious thread
trimming operation, thus dramatically increasing efficiency.
Driving method:
The thread trimmer and the presser foot lift are operated pneumatically.
Regarding the items below, refer to the instruction manual for the Mitsubishi motor
(for PEGASUS).
