上飾り糸道の調節 ( 小調子の調節 )
Adjusting the top cover thread guide
注意
CAUTION
上飾り糸道の調節を行う時は、必ずミシンの電源スイッチを
切り、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて、専門技術者が行ってく
ださい。
Always turn off the power, unplug the machine and then
authorized technicians are allowed to adjust the top cover thread guide.
右図を参照して、ネジ 1 を緩めて、上飾り案内 2 の左端から上飾
り糸道 3 の左端までの寸法が約 20 mm になる位置 ( 標準位置 ) に
合わせ、ネジ 1 を仮締めしてください。
●上飾り糸道 3 を右に動かすと上飾り糸出量が少なくなります。
●上飾り糸道 3 を左に動かすと上飾り糸出量が多くなります。
調節後、ネジ 1 を締めてください。
調節後の微調節は小調子ツマミ 4 で行います。
●小調子ツマミ 4 を時計方向に回すと上飾り糸出量が少なくなり
ます。
●小調子ツマミ 4 を反時計方向に回すと上飾り糸出量が多くなり
ます。
Loosen screw

so that there should be a distance of
approximately 20 mm (see the illustration) between the left end of
spreader thread guide

and the left end of top cover thread guide

(standard position). Then, tighten screw

temporarily.
●
To decrease the supply of top cover thread, move top cover
thread guide

to the right.
●
To increase the supply of top cover thread, move top cover
thread guide
3
to the left.
Tighten screw

after this adjustment.
A fine adjustment can be made by knob

●
To decrease the supply of top cover thread, turn knob
4
clockwise.
●
To increase the supply of top cover thread, turn knob
4
counterclockwise.
