The shape of the projected i m age and the co m pensation area of unifor m ity are not linked.
Select this ite m to correct the brightness une v enness and the color une v enness of the light irradiated
fro m the projection lens.
[OFF]
Does not perfor m correction using the correction v alue in the projector. Select this ite m to prioritize
the brightness of the w hole projected i m age.
[GEOMETRY LINKED]
C orrects the brightness une v enness and color une v enness using the correction v alue in the
projector. When the geo m etric adjust m ent is perfor m ed, the shape of the projected i m age and the
co m pensation area of unifor m ity are linked.
Select this ite m w hen projecting at an angle against the fl at screen, or w hen projecting on a cur v ed
screen.

When [GEOMETRY LINKED] is selected, set the projection m ethod and perfor m geo m etric adjust m ent, and then correct the unifor m ity.

The correction v alue in the projector can be changed using the “Geo m etric & Setup Manage m ent Soft w are ” .
“Geo m etric & Setup Manage m ent Soft w are ” can be do w nloaded fro m the w ebsite ( https: // panasonic.net / cns / projector / pass /) . It is necessary
to register and login to PASS to do w nload.
[SHUTTER SETTING]
The operation of the shutter function is set.
Setting [MECHANICAL SHUTTER]
1) Press

to select [SHUTTER SETTING].

C loses the m echanical shutter w hen the shutter function is enabled ( shutter: closed ) .

Lea v es the m echanical shutter opened and turns off the light source w hen the shutter function is
enabled ( shutter: closed ) .

By closing the m echanical shutter, the m alfunction of the DLP chip caused by high po w er laser ray entering the projection lens surface can
be pre v ented. To close the m echanical shutter, set [ME C HANI C AL SHUTTER] to [ENABLE] and then set the shutter function to be enabled
( shutter: closed ) .
