Problems with Operation during Use

If Windows runs correctly, but the application software does not start, click [start] -
[Control Panel] - [Add or Remove Programs] and remove the failing application software,
then reinstall the application software.

When you try to play a movie, is [Codec required] displayed?
Some video files use a Codec that is not installed as a standard. In these instances, if
you play back the video file after connecting to the Internet, the Codec may be
downloaded automatically, allowing you to play back the file.
