Using the Touch Pad

Place the cursor over the area that you want to scroll, and tap (click).

Lift up your finger, and place it in the area around the touch pad.

If the horizontal scroll function has not been enabled, the segment shown in the diagram above (A)
is also included in the position where the finger is placed.

In the following cases, any scrolling will be vertical scrolling.
• When the horizontal scroll function has not been enabled
• When the application software is not compatible with the horizontal scroll on the Touch Pad utility
• When the cursor is not placed over the area that you want to scroll
