How to Turn On/Off the Power
From the power-off state, press the [
] button for one second to turn the power on.
After startup, the
lamp lights green.
Note:
The following messages appear during startup.
•
“STARTING SYSTEM...”:
Flashes during startup.
•
“AUTO POWER OFF =
min”:
The time set in the “AUTO POWER OFF” (
➝
page 102) menu item is displayed instead of “
.” When
the menu item setting is set to OFF, this message is not displayed.
From the power-on state, press the [
] button for at least two seconds to turn off the power.
The
lamp flashes during the power-off process, and then turns off.
The unit has a function to automatically turn the power off after a short period of time if no operation such as recording, playback,
copying, or formatting is performed during that time. To resume operation after the power turns off automatically, turn the power
on again.
Note:
The time until the power turns off can be set in the “AUTO POWER OFF” (
➝
page 102) menu item.
