rilevare eventuali danni e riparare i cortocircuiti.
•
rilevare eventuali danni e riparare i cortocircuiti.
•
•
Calcolare la coppia necessaria durante l
’
accelerazione in base
all
’
•
Aumentare i valori impostati in
C1-01 [Accel Time 1], C1-03
[Accel Time 2], C1-05 [Accel Time 3] o C1-07 [Accel Time 4]
fino a ottenere la coppia necessaria.
•
Aumentare i valori impostati in
C2-01 [Jerk@Start of Accel],
C2-02 [Jerk@End of Accel], C2-03 [Jerk@Start of Decel] e
C2-04 [Jerk@End of Decel]
fino a ottenere la coppia
necessaria.
•
Sostituire l
’
inverter con un modello a maggiore capacità.
L
’
inverter sta tentando di azionare un motore
speciale oppure un motore più grande dell
’
uscita
motore applicabile massima dell
’
inverter.
•
’
inverter
eroga tensione.
Impostazioni dello schema V/f errate.
•
•
Regolare i parametri dello schema V/f
da E1-04 a E1-10
. Per il
motore 2, regolare i parametri
da E3-04 a E3-10
.
Il guadagno compensazione di coppia è troppo
grande.
Diminuire il valore impostato in
C4-01 [Trq Comp Gain]
per
prevenire lo stallo del motore.
Si è verificato un problema causato da
un
’
interferenza elettrica.
’
anomalia.
•
Se l
’
anomalia si verifica contemporaneamente all
’
operazione di
sovraeccitazione, ridurre il valore impostato in
n3-13
[OverExcBr Gain]
e prendere in considerazione la saturazione
del flusso nel motore.
L
’
l
’
arresto completo del motore.
•
Impostare
b3-01 = 1 [SpSrch@Start Selection = Abilitato]
o
impostare
•
Inserire il codice motore corretto in
E5-01 [PM Mot Code
Selection]
come specificato dal motore PM.
•
motore e impostare
E5: PM MOTOR SETTINGS
correttamente.
