das Sicherheitssystem einer Maschine implementieren, führen Sie eine vollständige Risikobewertung für das System durch, um
sicherzustellen, dass alle Teile des Systems den jeweiligen Sicherheitsnormen entsprechen. Eine fehlerhafte Anwendung der
Funktion „Sicherer Halt“ kann schwerwiegende oder tödliche Verletzungen zur Folge haben.
GEFAHR
Gefahr durch plötzliche Bewegung. Eine externe Haltebremse oder dynamische Bremse ist KEINE Sicher-
heitskomponente des Frequenzumrichters. Systeme mit einer externen Haltebremse oder dynamischen Bremse, die ein Aus-
gangssignal des Frequenzumrichters verwenden (einschließlich EDM), sind nicht sicher, weil das FU-Ausgangssignal keine
Sicherheitskomponente darstellt. Sie müssen ein System verwenden, das die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllt. Das Nichtbe-
achten kann schwere oder tödliche Verletzungen zur Folge haben.

Gefahr durch plötzliche Bewegung. Bei PM-Motoren kann der Ausfall von zwei Ausgangstransistoren zur
Folge haben, dass Strom durch die Motorwindungen fließt und die Motorausgangsachse um 180 elektrische Grade verschoben
wird. Dies ist möglich, wenn die Funktion „Sicherer Halt“ den FU-Ausgang abschaltet. Stellen Sie sicher, dass ein Ausfall der
Ausgangstransistoren nicht die Sicherheit der Anwendung beeinträchtigt, wenn die Funktion „Sicherer Halt“ aktiv ist. Das Nicht-
beachten kann schwere oder tödliche Verletzungen zur Folge haben.

Gefahr eines Stromschlags. Die Funktion „Sicherer Halt“ schaltet den Ausgang des Frequenzumrichters ab,
jedoch nicht seine Spannungsversorgung, und sie kann den FU-Ausgang vom Eingang nicht elektrisch isolieren. Schalten Sie
bei Wartungsmaßnahmen und bei Installationsarbeiten auf der Eingangs- und Ausgangsseite des Frequenzumrichters stets die
FU-Spannungsversorgung aus. Das Nichtbeachten kann schwere oder tödliche Verletzungen zur Folge haben.

bewegen, auch wenn „Sicherer Halt“ aktiv ist. Das Nichtbeachten kann schwere oder tödliche Verletzungen zur Folge haben.

Gefahr durch plötzliche Bewegung. Um den Eingang „Sicherer Halt“ zu verwenden, entfernen Sie die vorin-
stallierten Verbindungen zwischen den Klemmen H1-HC und H2-HC. Das Nichtbeachten verhindert den korrekten Betrieb des
Eingangs „Sicherer Halt“ und kann schwere oder tödliche Verletzungen zur Folge haben.
WARNUNG
