Main Unit
This section shows how to troubleshoot the Main Units.
If the Main Unit does not operate properly, check the items below as required before repair is
requested. If it still does not work properly, return it through our sales department.

sensors. It takes a maximum of
approximately 30 seconds for
communications to be estab-
lished.

• Check the power supply to the
sensor.
• Check the communications wir-
ing with the sensor.
• Check the terminating resis-
tance (by the DIP switch pin) of
the sensor.
• Turn ON the power supply to

• If no improvement is seen after
taking the above action,
replace the sensor.

Main Unit again. If it still occurs,

ing with the sensor.
• Check the terminating resis-
tance (by the DIP switch pin) of
the sensor.
• Return the sensor angle to its
original state.
• Alternatively, perform position
adjustment and position regis-
tration.
• Make sure there is no error in
the measurement object.
