= Command valid
Errors: EE00 = Parameter change attempted during autotuning.
EE01 = Setting error
When “A” is used to specify all loops, the command will not be executed for
any loops if even one of the four loops does not meet execution conditions.
4. During manual operation, the manual manipulated variable will be output re-
gardless of RUN/STOP status.
5. Parameters cannot be written and Manual Mode cannot be specified for
loops for which autotuning is being executed. An error response (EE00) will
be written to the input word if an attempt to do so is made.
After confirming acknowledgement of the autotuning command, change the
command code to an I/O allocation command other than one to set PID pa-
rameters, e.g., a read–only command (C7
jj
).
•
If the autotuning command is left in the output word, autotuning will be re-
peated as soon as it has been completed.
•
After the autotuning command has been acknowledged, the setting for the
I/O allocation command just prior to the operation control command will be
valid for the output word. The following is an example of this.
a) An I/O allocation command is written to the output word to set the propor-
tional band.
b) The autotuning command is executed and command reception acknowl-
edged.
c) The set value for the proportion band (50.0) is written to the output word.
Although autotuning will set the PID parameters according to autotuning
results, here the value will be immediately changed to 50.0 as a result of
the I/O allocation command set before autotuning.
6. The set point will be written to EEPROM when the CEEA command is
executed. The set point may not be written correctly if power is interrupted
during the write operation. At least 60 ms is required to complete the write
operation after the CEEA command is executed. Always be sure to confirm
the Command Acknowledgment Flag in the input word when writing the set
point to EEPROM.
