Note The Linear Sensor Interface Unit acknowledges the start or end of a command
through a change in the output word value. When “0000” is set to the parameter
by the setting command, for example, even if “0000” is set at the end of the com-
mand, the command doesn’t end because there is no change in the output word
value, not allowing scaled conversion data or comparison result to be set in the
input word. To end the command, set a value other than the one set to the param-
eter. However, that the value will be reflected on the monitor output if the Unit is
used in the set data D/A output mode. Therefore, when using the Unit in the set
data D/A output mode, be sure to select a value which will not affect peripheral
devices.
