CT window displays
no image
(1)
Check for deterioration of the lamp.
(2)
Check the connection of the lamp.
(3)
Check the lamp switch.
(4)
Check the adjustment of ring slits.
(5)
Check the gain adjustment.
(6)
Restart the software if the camera is not recognized.
FOCUS window
displays no image
(1)
Check for deterioration of the lamp.
(2)
Check the connection of the lamp.
(3)
Check the lamp switch.
(4)
Check the adjustment of ring slits.
(5)
Check whether the AUTO check box at the lower right of the
FOCUS window is selected.
(6)
Restart the software if the camera is not recognized.
The focus adjuster is
too tight
(1)
Check the strength of the load adjuster.
(2)
Check for deterioration of the gas spring.
If the photometric head suddenly drops from its own weight
when the focus lock is released, there is the possibility of
deterioration of the gas spring inside of the unit.
Failure in the
measurement of
reflectance/
transmittance
direction
(1)
Check for deterioration of the lamp.
(2)
Check the connection of the lamp.
(3)
Check whether warm-up is complete.
(4)
If you changed the setting, check whether the background and
reference values were obtained again before the measurement.
(5)
Check whether reflection from the reverse side of the sample
affects the measurement.
(6)
Check the alignment of the sample.
(7)
Check for the proper setting of the revolver.
(8)
Check the connection of the objective lens.
(9)
Check the adjustment of the ring slits.
(10)
Check the correctness of the reference.
