Do not place the unit in an unstable location!
If the unit is placed on an unstable stand, on an incline, or on a rigid floor, it
may be knocked over or fall down, resulting in injury.
Fully check the strength and incline of the installation location.
Do not attempt to replace a lamp just after turning it off!
The lamp is hot just after the light is turned off. Wait until the lamp cools
before replacing it. Otherwise there is a risk of burns.
Pay attention when adjusting focus!
In adjusting focus, pay close attention to the location of the objective lens so
that it does not touch a sample.
Measure
a
room-temperature
sample!
Measure a room-temperature sample. A high-temperature sample may
cause heat deformation of or damage to the stage.
Failure to follow these precautions may result in injury or material
damage to this Product or peripheral devices.
