13. Software License Agreement

This software license agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") is a
contract document made between you (irrespective of an individual or corporation) and
Olympus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Olympus") concerning Olympus's
software and printed manual matter (hereinafter referred to together as "this software"),
described above and as contained in this package. By downloading, reproducing, and
using this software, you shall agree that you are restrained by the terms of the
software license agreement. Olympus permits the non-exclusive right of using this
software on a computer by you on the condition that you observe the regulations
below.
Article 1: Intellectual property rights
The right of this software belongs to Olympus. This software is protected by the laws
and treaties regarding other intellectual property rights as well as copyright laws and
international copyright treaties. This software is licensed for use and is not for sale.
Article 2: Terms of use
1. You can reproduce and use this software on multiple computers.
2. You can reproduce this software for backup purposes.
3. This software may be subject to change without prior notice.
Article 3: Lending or transfer
You cannot lend or sublicense this software or its reproduction. However, you can
transfer the rights based on this agreement only when the person who receives such
transfer accepts the regulations in this agreement and when you possess no other
reproduction.
