STANDBY MODE
Standby mode does not determine whether the facsimile functions can be accessed or not. When
the functions are accessed from standby, the display will show the following data:
. Without a document:
. With a document inserted in the ADF:

The following messages will appear on the display, in place of the standby indication, should errors
that prevent printing occur:

MEMORY FULL

If there are reports waiting to be printed automatically:

ACTIVITY REPORT
These messages will alternate with those that identify the causes of the errors: "ADD PAPER", and
"OUT OF INK".
If the cause of the error is a paper jam or print carriage error, the message "PAPER ERROR
CHECK AND PRESS STOP" will appear occupying both lines of the display. In this case, to restore
the machine to normal operation, having eliminated the error, you must press the STOP key.
