REMOVING JAMMED PRINTING PAPER
When a paper jam occurs and the display shows
PAPER ERROR (nn)
CHECK AND PRESS STOP
proceed as follows:

when the jam is in the received/copied document output area
.
when the jam is in the paper feed area
1. Lift the paper positioning lever
and remove the paper.
2. Remove the front cover of the
paper cassette, by releasing it
and pulling it upwards.
3. Remove the jammed paper.
1. Close the document tray.
2. Remove the jammed paper.
3. Open the document tray
again.
