BROADCAST REPORT
Used for enabling or disabling automatic printing of a global report after each broadcast
transmission and polling reception operation. If enabled, the individual transaction reports will not
be printed.

Security functions
INHIBIT TRANSMISSION
Used for enabling or disabling the request for a password for transmission (set in the "STORING
DATA" menu) whenever an attempt is made to transmit.
INHIBIT COPY
Used for enabling or disabling the request for a password for copy (set in the "STORING DATA"
menu) whenever an attempt is made to copy a document.
CLOSED NETWORK IN TX
Used for enabling or disabling the list of users to whom a document can be sent. The users enabled
are those stored as one-touch or speed dialling numbers, for whom the "CLOSED NETWORK"
parameter is enabled. When this function is enabled, you cannot send a document to a
correspondent not included in the list. This feature is ensured by the machine checking the last 4
or 6 digits of the correspondent's facsimile number.
CLOSED NETWORK IN RX
Used for enabling or disabling the list of users from whom a document can be received. The users
enabled are those stored as one-touch or speed dialling numbers, for whom the "CLOSED
NETWORK" parameter is enabled. When this function is enabled, you cannot receive a document
from a correspondent not included in the list. This feature is ensured by the machine checking the
last 4 or 6 digits of the correspondent's facsimile number.

PRINT FORMAT
Enables you to select the desired paper format:
- A4
- LETTER
- LEGAL
Having selected a format, you must position the paper guides accordingly.
