Specific Function Keys
Used for entering a message to be included on the document sent.
(CONFIDENTIAL)
Prepares the facsimile machine for confidential transmission.
Used for starting broadcast transmissions.
Prepares the facsimile machine for transmission/reception using the
various polling functions (free or secure polling).
(PAGE NUMBERING)
Transmission from the ADF: sets the facsimile machine for automatic
page numbering and to automatically check page numbering.
Transmission from the memory: sets the facsimile machine to
automatically check page numbering (the facsimile machine
systematically numbers the document).
While making a copy: sets the number of copies to be made.
Used for printing:
- any document in the memory
- reports selected on the "Reports" menu
- the numbers recorded for one-touch and speed dialling
- the program key settings
- the numbers recorded for secure polling transmission
- messages
- the configuration parameters
- the "Nozzles test".
Also used for the "purge print head" operation.
Used for setting a delayed transmission when the document is present
in the ADF (automatic document feeder).
