Displaying the data associated with a broadcast transmission
You can display the data entered for a previously set broadcast transmission.
1. Press MEM. STAT.

to display the "BROADCAST TRANSMISSIONS" function and press START.
The display shows the reference number of the first document associated with a broadcast
transmission.

If necessary, select the desired broadcast transmission by pressing
∧∧∧∧∧
or
∨∨∨∨∨
(or type the
reference number directly on the numeric keypad). At this point, you can:
print a report with all the information associated with the broadcast transmission (by pressing
PRINT),
or
delete it (by pressing CLEAR and confirming the operation by pressing 1), or
select a transaction by pressing the START key and the
∧∧∧∧∧
or
∨∨∨∨∨
key (or type its reference
number directly on the numeric keypad).
At this point, you can display the information about the selected transaction by pressing the
<<<<<
or
>>>>>
key. The information includes:
TRANSACTION NO.: represents the number of one of the transactions associated with the
broadcast transmission. It can be selected by pressing
∧∧∧∧∧
or
∨∨∨∨∨
(or typed
directly on the numeric keypad). The selected transaction may be
cancelled by pressing the CLEAR key and confirming the operation by
pressing 1.

indicates the number of pages in the document/pages sent.
