DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE SENT
Size
The facsimile machine can send any kind of document providing its size is within the minimum and
maximum limits illustrated below. If the document is larger or smaller, make a reduced or enlarged
photocopy of it to adapt it to the accepted size.
Actual Image Size
To make sure that all of the document is printed, the left and right margins must not be less than
1 mm.
Capacity of the ADF
With the automatic document feeder (ADF) inserted, the facsimile machine can handle A3, A4,
A5, A6, B4, LETTER and LEGAL documents between 0.07 mm and 014 mm thick.
The ADF can handle up to 25 sheets* of A4, A5, A6, LETTER or LEGAL paper and up to 15 sheets
of A3 and B4 paper.

To transmit originals composed of more than 15 sheets, as well as following the procedure
described in the manual, you must also:

1. Fan the originals, holding the
sheets as indicated in the figure.
