Use the keypad to edit the e-mail address, and then press the Enter
key.
The edited settings are saved, and the DIAL REGISTER menu appears
again.

If the edited speed dial destination is registered in the favorite list or
with a group dial destination, a confirmation message asking whether
or not to keep the destination registered as it is appears after the oper-
ation in step 7 is performed. To keep the destination registered as it is,
select Yes. To cancel the registration, select No.
Registering Group Dial Destinations
An e-mail address can be registered with a group dial destination. A maximum of
20 group dial destinations can be registered. (A maximum of 50 e-mail
addresses can be registered with one group.)

The addresses that can be registered as group dial destinations are lim-
ited to addresses registered as speed dial destinations or as other group
dial destinations.

In the main screen (Scan mode), press the up or down arrow key to select
UTILITY, and then press the Enter
key.

Press the up or down arrow key to select DIAL REGISTER, and then press
the Enter
key.

Press the up or down arrow key to select GROUP DIAL, and then press the
Enter
key.

Use the keypad to type in the number (between 1 and 20) for the group dial
destination, and then press the Enter
key.

Use the keypad to type in the group name, and then press the Enter
key.

Use the keypad to type in the number (between 1 and 220) for the speed dial
destination to be added to the group, and then press the Enter
key.
The information registered for the selected speed dial destination appears.

Press the Enter
key again.

To register another speed dial destination, press the up or down arrow key to
select ADD, press the Enter
key, and then repeat the procedure from step 6.

To finish registering speed dial destinations, press the up or down arrow key
to select FINISH, and then press the Enter
key.
