Oblique test profile is expressed by “Xm-n”, in which, m means
that the transducer in pipe is up and n means it is down.
NOTE: Oblique test must be implemented based on
flat test; same profile must be tested twice in oblique test. Take
“m-n” profile as example, “Xm-n” (m means that the transducer
in pipe is up and n means it is down) shall be tested at first and
then “Xn-m”.
3. Drawing interface of profile acoustic shadow graph
After oblique test completed, Press Pipe to select profile and
enter into interface as shown in Figure 4.13. Shadow graph will be
drawn automatically after upper limit and lower limit of defect area
have been set. Press Pipe button to switch to other profiles and draw
shadow graph.
