properly adjustment of waveform, repeat such process again and 
again until the completing of test on all test points. 

 

 

NOTE: Under the dynamic sampling status, Stop, 

Save, and Search buttons are valid, but other buttons will be 

set grey color   

5.3.2   Stop sampling 

During the sampling process, it may stop sampling by pressing 

Stop button, and then Stop button changes to be Sample button, and 
Search button becomes Exit button, it will automatically implement 

calculation, refresh calculation results and save data automatically into 
the disc. 

5.3.3   Retest 

 

Retest refers to testing the part or all of the tested data once 

again. Please refer to Section 3.7 for details. New test data will cover 
the previous data automatically in retest.

 

 

5.3.4   Test Next Object 

After completing of test on one object, to test on next object, it 

must chose new object option: press the New button behind the 
Component Name in the parameter setup dialogue box to complete 
new object operating.   

NOTE: If the number of test regions tested of the 

current object is less than the number of test regions set up, it 
may exit in the middle of the process; if the number of test points
