3. Preparation for the detection structure
If conduct single object test the test area shall be distributed on
the object in a uniform way and no less than 10; the object of whose
dimension in one direction is <4.5m, and dimension in other direction
is
≤
0.3m, shall be no less than 5 test areas.
If conduct sampling inspection by batch, and the sampling
amount shall be no less than 30% of the same batch and no less than
10 objects. The same batch of objects shall meet the following
conditions: the same concrete strength grade; concrete materials,
mixing proportion, molding process, maintenance and concrete age
are basically same; same components variety; same state in the
construction phase
4. Test area arrangement
1)If conditions permit, the test area shall be prior arranged at
side of the concrete casting direction and may be placed on
two opposite surface, adjacent surface (angular
measurement) or the same surface of the object (flat test);
2) The test areas should be distributed in a uniform way, with
the space between two adjacent test areas no more than 2m;
3) Avoid the rebar intensive areas and embedded parts;
4) The optimal size of the test area is 200mm × 200mm; 400mm
× 400mm if the flat test is conducted;
