add arp <target_IPaddr> <MACaddr>
Adds an IP-address-to-MAC-address translation entry into the ARP table. The
MACaddr parameter is optional. The default is the MAC address of the router you
are configuring.

add ip route <dest_IPaddr> <netmask> <profile_name> <hop_count,

Adds a static route to the IP routing table.
Example 1
In this example, any packets sent to the destination IP address 204.71.220.153
should be forwarded to 204.23.0.1 first, and the target is 4 hops away.
BayStack> add ip route 204.71.220.153 255.255.255.0 204.23.0.1 4
Example 2
In this example, any packets sent to the destination IP address 204.71.220.153,
should be sent out over the frame relay profile dlci2 first, and the target is 4 hops
away.
