Options

Operation

To turn on the Vibrasonic system, turn the red switch on the controller clockwise 90

degrees. The POWER and VIBRASONICS indicators on the controller will light. The five

LEDs on the controller door are used for troubleshooting. During operation, LED 1 will

light to indicate normal operation.

Troubleshooting

These procedures cover only the most common problems that you may encounter. If you

cannot solve the problem with the information given here, contact your local Nordson

representative for help.

Fault Conditions

Refer to Table 10-1 for a description of operating conditions indicated by the LEDs and

indicators.
Refer to the Troubleshooting Procedures on the following pages to identify and correct

error conditions indicated in Table 10-1.
