1. Bleed material from Pro

2. Proceed to
Main Menu
HMI Pendant Screen.
3. Select
SETUP LOGIN
push button to proceed to
Setup Login
HMI
Pendant Screen.
4. Log into the HMI Pendant using the default user name and password.
The default user name is ‘2’. the default password is ‘2’.
NOTE:
To change default password, proceed as follows:

6. To facilitate Auto Flow Mode, be sure to proceed to
Options Setup
HMI
Pendant Screen and enable the
Machine Interlock Mode
push button.
7. From the
Level 1 Setup Menu
HMI Pendant Screen establish the
following parameters.
System delay specifications via the
Miscellaneous Setup
HMI Pendant
Screen.
System pressure limits via the
Pressure Limits Setup
HMI Pendant
Screen.
Purge parameters via
Purge Setup
HMI Pendant Screen.
Rod diameter size via the
Cylinder Setup
HMI Pendant Screen.
Auto Reload Delay via the
Flow Mode Setup
HMI Pendant Screen.
Scaled pressure and Low Dispense Pressure Fault Duration (sec) via
the
Pressure Setup
HMI Pendant Screen.
8. Proceed to
Options Setup
HMI Pendant Screen to enable applicable
system options.
9. Proceed to
Main Menu
HMI Pendant Screen.
10. Select
SETUP LOGIN
push button to proceed to
Setup Login
HMI
Pendant Screen.
11. Select the
Logout
push button.
12. Proceed to
Main Menu
HMI Pendant Screen.
13. Proceed to
Dispense 1
HMI Pendant Screen by selecting
Dispense
push
button.
14. Select either the
Auto Mode
or
Manual Mode
push button.
15. Depress the green push button located immediately below the
Auto
Mode
push button until the appropriate mode
is displayed. The
Pro
−
Meter V2K is now ready to dispense material.
